Looking for a client management system for an commerce website?

Ok so here is the deal. I have a website, already pre-made in dreamweaver, and it is for selling t-shirts and clothes. I have a host with cpanel and all that good stuff. But now i need a client management system to process billing and information and i was wondering if anyone could give me some feed back of a client they know is reliable, and can be configured with my current situation. I have heard of drupal, volusion, and google cart, but what i don’t know is which one i can use maximally, (i.e. i can configure design and functionality through my host or dreamweaver if you understand my drift). Or in other words i don’t want a system that essentially makes me go with one of their "templates" and i have to create a site all over again.

A cpanel website hosting question:

I have a phpbb forum website, which I host with HostGator. I am moving to HyphyHost. I’ve moved regular html websites before through ftp, thats pretty simple, just download the files to my computer, then reupload them. But for this site, I have members and a mysql database. I read that you have to backup your database, but I dont know how to do it. I logged in to cpanel, and found where it says "Backup Wizard – Create a Full backup", but I dont know what to do after that, or where the backup goes, and I dont know what to do with the backup once its created. How do I upload it or set it up on the new host (the new host has cpanel too)?

Its asking me for the following info, and I dont know if I have to fill it all in or what:
